The developers of the proposed power station on the outskirts of Axbridge have lodged an appeal to seek to overturn Sedgemoor's decision to refuse permission.
Local councillor Graham Godwin-Pearson joined Axbridge Town Council in vehemently opposing the construction of the gas-powered unit adjacent to the chicken farm just off Cross Lane.
Residents have until 10th March to lodge their opposition to the power station and rejection of the appeal by completing the online form here: https://acp.planninginspectorate.gov.uk with reference number APP/V3310/W/20/3263845
